I won´t give advice. I believe everyone is resourceful and whole and therefore has all the knowledge and resources within. I will support you during the journey by providing a structured (and sometimes messy) approach to reach your goals, hold your agenda and act as a mirror to reflect, so you can understand yourself better. By asking powerful questions I´ll bring you in motion to move towards your goal.
You will move forward.
It´s not a therapy session. I´m not a psychologist treating mental diseases. If at any point we realize that there is a need for another expert I´ll help you find the right person to interact with.
You are whole as you are.
I won´t “fix” you. Rather, we will focus on development based on your strengths and capabilities as well as looking into areas you´d like to understand more or change. Of course, we might tackle emotional topics, but form a different angle. You´re the captain steering the ship, I am your lifeline making sure to stay on course and moving safely forward.
You will go on a journey.
We´re not done in one session. It is a process that requires time and effort, and if you´re ready, it will be a journey of exploration and growth.

Every session can be held virtually as well as in person, in English and in German.
We will always start with a free 30-minute conversation to get to know each other and to get an understanding of your situation. Also, I´ll explain more about our collaboration so you know what it could look like if we move forward together.
